Meet Gerald
I grew up on a farm in Chesterfield and worked hard to become the first member of my family to go to College. After finishing my undergraduate degree at the University of South Carolina, I went to law school and received my Juris Doctorate and have practiced law in Hartsville since 1990.
I met my wife Davita in 1987 at a march in Forsyth, Georgia. We have been together ever since and have been married over 30 years. We raised our beautiful four children in Hartsville and are proud of their accomplishments. Our daughter Morgan is in graduate school and our sons Donavan, Jonathan, and Jordan are attorneys.
I‘ve dedicated my life to improving our community. I am honored to represent our area at the State Senate and am deeply grateful for the trust you have placed in me. With the talent and resources we have in our community, I sincerely believe there is nothing we can’t accomplish. By working together, we can build a better future for this generation and the next!
Sincerely,
Gerald Malloy
