I grew up on a farm in Chesterfield and worked hard to become a first-generation high school graduate (and now I’m one of many College graduates in my family!). Having experienced the life-changing effects of a quality education, I firmly believe it is key to our State’s future. Thank you to the South Carolina Education Association for recognizing my work on their “Honor Roll” of Senators with a pro-education voting record.
